The BORA M Pure combines powerful induction cooking with effective downdraft extraction in one sleek, space-saving appliance. Cooking vapours and odours are drawn downwards directly from the cookware, keeping the kitchen fresh while maintaining clear sightlines without a conventional overhead extractor.
Four responsive induction zones provide plenty of room for everyday cooking, with the two right-hand zones combining via the bridging function to accommodate larger cookware. Power settings deliver rapid heating, while automatic pan detection, heat retention, timers, a pause function and BORA Assist Fry provide greater control and convenience.
Designed for exhaust-air operation, the integrated extractor automatically adjusts its performance to suit the selected cooking level. Intuitive touch controls make operation effortless, while removable components, a stainless-steel grease filter and an oversized drip tray help simplify cleaning. Finished in elegant black glass ceramic, the BORA M Pure can be installed flush or surface-mounted for a beautifully streamlined result.
