The BORA M Pure Rough combines precise induction cooking with powerful downdraft extraction in a single, beautifully streamlined appliance. Its distinctive rough-finish surface gives the cooktop a refined, tactile appearance, while cooking vapours and odours are drawn downwards directly from the cookware for fresher, clearer kitchen air.
Four responsive induction zones provide generous cooking space, with the two right-hand zones combining through the bridging function to accommodate larger pans and roasting dishes. Power settings provide rapid heating, while BORA Assist Fry, automatic pan detection, heat retention, cooking-zone timers and the pause function make everyday cooking simple and controlled.
Designed for exhaust-air operation, the integrated extractor automatically adjusts its performance to match the cooking activity. Intuitive touch controls ensure effortless operation, while removable components, the stainless-steel grease filter and oversized drip tray make cleaning straightforward.
