The BORA X Pure Rough combines four extra-large surface induction zones with effective integrated extraction in one sleek, space-saving appliance. Its sophisticated matt glass-ceramic surface creates a refined, contemporary appearance, while cooking vapours and odours are drawn downwards directly from the cookware.
Generously sized cooking zones provide ample room for large pans, while the bridging function allows adjacent zones to be combined for oversized cookware and grill plates. BORA Assist Fry, automatic pan-size recognition, rapid power settings, variable heat retention, cooking-zone timers and the pause function provide precise control and everyday convenience. Operation is effortless through the intuitive tricolour sControl+ touch panel.
Designed for recirculation, the integrated extractor passes the air through a stainless-steel grease filter and an activated-charcoal odour filter before returning it to the room. Automatic extractor control adjusts performance to match the cooking activity, while the filter-status display indicates when maintenance is required. BORA eSwap allows the odour filter to be changed conveniently from above through the air inlet opening.
An integrated drip tray and removable filter components help simplify cleaning. Suitable for flush or surface-mounted installation, the BORA X Pure Rough brings together intelligent cooking, effective air purification and a distinctive matt finish for an elegantly understated kitchen design.
